Timothy Palermo
I am Tim Palermo, CEO/Founder of TH Custom Hardwood. I have worked 26 total years in the Hardwood flooring industry and 18 years as the owner of TH. After High School, I engaged in some volunteering that required part-time work. A friend of mine owned a company and was willing to work with my schedule and to train me in this very niche trade. I have always enjoyed seeing a customers reaction to their flooring. It brings me a lot of satisfaction to see a smiling, satisfied customer. I also enjoy leading a team as dedicate to the craft as I am. A goal I would love for TH to accomplish at one point is to win the NWFA “Floor of the Year”. We have made honorable mention in the Restoration category but it would bring a lot of gratification to achieve Floor of the Year. I am huge sports fanatic. My favorite Cleveland team is the Cavs. 2016 was one of the best sport years ever!! I also enjoy outdoor activities and regularly going to the gym. Staying is physical shape will hopefully keep me young enough to stay in this trade.
Aaron Antolik
My name is Aaron Antolik and I am the Director of Sales. I began as a refinisher in 2014. When I was offered the position, I expected it to only be a ‘winter job’. But after 6 years I transitioned into a sales role. I’ve always loved a dramatic before-and-after. As a refinisher, I was happy to be part of that for each homeowner. In a sales role, I enjoy meeting new people and helping them plan their project. I hope to continue growing in my knowledge of the industry so that I can help each project run more smoothly. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, cooking, bird watching, and hiking. All of the things I’ll probably do when I’m retired.
Cameron Werner
My name is Cameron Werner. I recently started working with wood floors, and I absolutely enjoy it. There’s something so peaceful and satisfying about running the Hummel machine and listening to music in an empty building as I refinish the floors. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends, going to the movies, and other activities. I’m still learning, but my goal is to one day master these skills and start my own wood flooring company. I hope I can turn my passion for this work into a successful business of my own. For now, I’m enjoying learning from the experienced crew I work with and I look forward to seeing how my skills progress over time.
Dylan Faucher
My name is Dylan Faucher and I’m one of the Project Managers for TH Custom Hardwood. During summers, as far back as 15 years old, I started learning the hardwood flooring trade for my father’s company in Rhode Island. After I graduated, I worked full-time for him until moving to Cleveland in 2019. What I most enjoy is the before and after. Refinishing old worn down floors, and bringing them back to life is an exciting process to witness. I see each day as a chance to excel and grow within the trade. Outside of work I like to stay active. In the summers I enjoy hiking, beach volleyball, and golf. During the winters I snowboard as much as I can. I also enjoy going to concerts, trying new restaurants or breweries, and traveling to new places.
Emilee York
Hi there, I’m Emilee York! As the Director of Social Media for TH Custom Hardwood, I’m the person behind the lens, capturing all the "wow" moments and creating content on our page. While I don’t do the flooring myself, I absolutely love documenting our team’s hard work, whether it's a fresh install or a stunning refinish! My goal is to help TH grow, reach new clients, and build a successful pathway to take on even bigger projects, while showcasing the lovely transformations we do every day. When I’m not creating content, you can find me in the kitchen baking and cooking my heart out or just relaxing at home with my cats.
Harrison Werner
I am Harrison Werner, one of the Project Managers for the company. I started here in 2015 after a friend of mine recommended the job. Without any prior experience, I have learned to install and refinish a hardwood floor. Since my start, I have even done some training classes through the Bona Certified Craftsman program. I enjoy working with each homeowner to turn their old floors into something beautiful again. I hope that I can continue to improve in my carpentry skills and, very soon, take an installation class through the National Wood Flooring Association. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my lovely wife and my beautiful daughters, watching and playing sports, playing board games with friends and family, and I really enjoy collecting bourbon.
Kanyon Hardin
Kanyon I help out as an apprentice. I used to work with my dad my family knows Tim and his family and I was just looking for work so I asked Tim. I enjoy finishing the jobs and looking at the fresh floors it always looks nice and feel accomplishing. I just want to be able to have to skills to install that way if my firefighting career doesn’t work I have something I can always come back too. My hobbies would be rock climbing exploring snowboarding skateboarding and playing games.
Mike Ussery
I’m Michael and I do installs for TH Custom Hardwood. I started this journey in 2018 while attending high school. And about 7 years after I graduated I called Tim and switched to his company. I enjoy it all but I like seeing the finished product and happy homeowners. A goal of mine is to be a project manager for Tim or have my own company and still work with TH! I like to travel, do photography and work on cars/ motorcycles at home as well as spending time with my family.
Rick Marrero
I am Rick Marrero. I began in August of 2018 with a simple job search with no prior experience. Since my start, I have learned how to refinish floors and in 2020 I became a Project Manager. In 2022 I took a refinishing certification class through BONA that I am proud of. Though I mainly refinish hardwood floors, I am able to do installations when it’s needed. I look forward to continuing to improve in all things install and refinishing, as well as other areas of flooring; not just with hardwood. Something I really enjoy in the trades is the satisfaction of doing a service for people and improving their homes. I am an avid Cleveland sports fan and I love to travel.
Sarah Reinhart
My name is Sarah Reinhart and I am an apprentice with TH Custom Hardwood. I recently started working with floors after being introduced to the company by a friend. Although I am new to the industry, I thoroughly enjoy learning all aspects of the job. Of everything, staining floors is my favorite part of the work. My goal is to eventually become experienced enough to do everything myself. I am committed to learning as much as I can from my coworkers and supervisors. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends, playing Xbox games, snowboarding, skateboarding, and working out at the gym. I am looking forward to continuing my journey in this exciting industry!
