Our Dustless Refinishing Process

How It Works

Our process begins with sealing off the work area using durable plastic sheeting to cover doorways, vents, and windows, ensuring dust stays contained. We use state-of-the-art sanding equipment equipped with dust containment systems to minimize airborne particles. Furniture and adjacent floors are carefully covered with protective drop cloths to shield them from debris. After completing the refinishing, we thoroughly clean the work area, wiping down surfaces and vacuuming with HEPA-filtered equipment to eliminate any residual dust. Our goal is to leave your home as clean as we found it, with beautifully refinished floors.

Perfecting the Beauty of Your Floors

We believe that Bona® polyurethane finishes are the best. This commercial-grade, water-based polyurethane is the most durable finish. Using a water-based finish ensures a safe environment for a homeowner and their family. Each refinished floor is sealed and protected according to Bona Certified Craftsman standards.

Staining is perhaps the most crucial part of this art. We start by applying DuraSeal® stain samples directly to the existing wood flooring. Each floor ages differently, so this allows an exact color match to be made. We will spend as much time as necessary to achieve the color and design that our customers desire.
